These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and bet1000. By creating an account or using any service on this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below. Please read them carefully before registering.
The following six areas form the core framework of your agreement with bet1000. Each is covered in full in the legal sections below.
Players must be 21 or older, provide accurate identity information, and comply with applicable Philippine law. One account per person. KYC verification required before withdrawals.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and bet1000 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By registering an account or accessing any portion of the bet1000 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bet1000 platform.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account on the bet1000 platform, or by continuing to use the platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bet1000 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms apply to all Players regardless of their geographic location within the Philippines, including but not limited to players accessing the platform from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and the provinces.
2.3 If you are using the bet1000 platform on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that individual to these Terms. bet1000 disclaims all liability arising from use of the platform by persons who are not authorized to do so.
2.4 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and bet1000 relating to the subject matter herein, whether oral or written.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and participate in any gaming or betting activity on the bet1000 platform. This requirement is consistent with PAGCOR's framework governing online gaming in the Philippines. bet1000 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
3.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the bet1000 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are detected, bet1000 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated winnings, and withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify bet1000 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account. bet1000 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
3.5 Prohibited Registrations. The following persons are not eligible to register an Account: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals using automated registration methods; (c) persons prohibited from online gambling under applicable law; (d) current employees, contractors, or agents of bet1000 or its affiliated entities.
4.1 bet1000 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and, at its discretion, prior to permitting continued access to the platform. This verification process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC.
4.2 Acceptable Identity Documents. For KYC verification, bet1000 accepts the following Philippine government-issued identification documents: Passport; Driver's License; SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID); PhilHealth ID; Philippine National ID (PhilSys); and Voter's ID. bet1000 may accept other documents at its discretion.
4.3 Proof of Address. bet1000 may additionally require proof of address in the form of a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past ninety (90) days, showing your full name and Philippine residential address.
4.4 Source of Funds. In accordance with anti-money laundering obligations, bet1000 reserves the right to request documentation establishing the legitimate source of funds deposited into a Player's Account where deposits exceed applicable thresholds or where unusual deposit patterns are detected.
4.5 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a request by bet1000 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, if documentation remains outstanding after thirty (30) days, the closure of the Account. Funds held in Accounts closed for KYC non-compliance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
5.1 All deposits to bet1000 Accounts are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). bet1000 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may apply their own fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Player.
5.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. bet1000 currently accepts deposits via: GCash; Maya (formerly PayMaya); BPI via InstaPay; BDO via InstaPay; Metrobank via InstaPay; USDT (TRC20 network); and Coins.ph. Supported methods may change; the current list is displayed in the Deposit section of the Player's Account.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash, Maya, and bank transfer methods. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.4 Deposit Limits. bet1000 may apply deposit limits to Accounts in accordance with responsible gaming obligations or regulatory requirements. Players may also voluntarily set deposit limits via their Account settings. Voluntary limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours.
5.5 bet1000 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed from Accounts that have completed KYC verification. bet1000 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of verification procedures.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible. bet1000 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative verified payment method at its discretion.
6.3 Processing Times. Approximate withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash — approximately 3 minutes; Maya — under 5 minutes; BPI/BDO/Metrobank via InstaPay — 5 to 10 minutes; USDT (TRC20) — 15 to 30 minutes. These are indicative times; actual processing may vary depending on third-party system availability.
6.4 Wagering Requirements. Where Bonus Funds have been credited to a Player's Account, withdrawal of funds derived from those bonuses is subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement stated at the time of the promotion. Real-money deposits not subject to any active bonus are generally available for withdrawal without a wagering requirement, subject to standard verification checks.
6.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the Player's Account. bet1000 may impose additional limits on high-value withdrawals pending enhanced due diligence review.
6.6 bet1000 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name. Withdrawals to accounts held in another person's name are strictly prohibited.
7.1 bet1000 may offer various promotions and bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, time limit, and game contribution percentages will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the expiry and forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are prohibited: (a) creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once; (b) coordinated wagering with other Players to exploit bonus mechanics; (c) placing low-risk or opposing bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay; (d) any other behavior intended to exploit promotions in a manner contrary to their intended purpose. bet1000 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
7.4 bet1000 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where continued operation of the promotion would be contrary to regulatory requirements or the interests of the platform's integrity.
7.5 Bonuses credited in error must be reported to bet1000 support immediately. bet1000 reserves the right to reclaim erroneously credited bonuses or winnings derived therefrom.
8.1 All games of chance on the bet1000 platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by live dealers, to determine outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are available to Players upon request.
8.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that results in an incorrect display of odds, payout amounts, or game state, bet1000 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the Player's Account. bet1000 is not liable for losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
8.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets are placed on events and markets as described at the time of bet placement. bet1000 reserves the right to void bets on events that are cancelled, postponed, or where settlement is ambiguous under applicable market rules. Specific sports betting rules for each market type are published in the sportsbook section of the platform.
8.4 Bet Limits. Maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the platform. Bet limits are displayed within each game or market interface. Bets exceeding maximum limits may be voided at bet1000's discretion.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet1000 platform and will result in Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 bet1000 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:
10.2 Players who activate a self-exclusion or any responsible gaming limit may not request the removal or reduction of that measure before the applicable cooling-off period has elapsed. bet1000 reserves the right to extend cooling-off periods in the best interest of the Player.

11.1 Suspension by bet1000. bet1000 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to a Player's Account without prior notice where: (a) there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) a regulatory authority requires it; (c) investigation into fraud, money laundering, or other misconduct is ongoing; or (d) a Player has been identified as subject to an active self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction.
11.2 Closure by bet1000. bet1000 may permanently close a Player's Account and, where appropriate, forfeit any balance where investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse. Where closure occurs without a confirmed breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of applicable checks.
11.3 Voluntary Closure by Player. Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the bet1000 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled, and any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method. Voluntary Account closure does not constitute a waiver of any obligations owed to bet1000 under these Terms.
11.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. bet1000 may apply an inactivity maintenance fee of ₱50 per month to inactive Accounts following written notification to the Player's registered email address. Where an Account balance reaches zero, the Account may be archived.
12.1 All content on the bet1000 platform, including but not limited to software code, interface design, game assets, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and promotional materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of bet1000 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not extend to: (a) copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content; (b) reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any platform software; (c) using bet1000 trademarks or branding in any context not expressly authorized; or (d) creating derivative works from any platform content.
12.3 Any unauthorized use of bet1000's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet1000 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses.
13.2 bet1000's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the greater of: (a) ₱50,000; or (b) the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
13.3 bet1000 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 bet1000's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the bet1000 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
14.2 bet1000 processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
14.3 Players may exercise their rights under applicable data protection law, including rights of access, correction, deletion, and data portability, by contacting bet1000 via the support channels listed in Section 17. Full details of data rights and how to exercise them are set out in the Privacy Policy.
15.1 bet1000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bet1000 will provide notice to Players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.
15.2 Your continued use of the bet1000 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.3.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bet1000's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body.
16.2 Internal Complaints Procedure. Players who wish to raise a formal complaint should do so in the first instance by contacting the bet1000 customer support team via live chat. bet1000 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
16.3 bet1000 does not waive any rights by failing to enforce any provision of these Terms strictly. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
